Bridgewater College Presents 2022 Donald R. Witters Psychology Awards

College Awards - Honoring Outstanding Students

Three Bridgewater College seniors—Kelsi Listman, Jordan Matthews and Kylie Chisnell—were the recipients of the Donald R. Witters Psychology Awards for 2022.

The psychology awards are named in honor of Dr. Donald R. Witters, who retired at the end of the 2005-2006 academic year as professor of psychology, emeritus. He joined the Bridgewater College faculty in 1968 as a professor of psychology and served as chair of the department from 1990 to 1996.

After graduation, Listman is considering graduate school for mathematics or going straight into the workforce. She is also looking into governmental positions or considering teaching mathematics.

Currently, Matthews is pursuing jobs to gain hands-on experience to help apply for graduate programs in clinical psychology.
