Baseball Team of Distinction

All members from the 1978 ODAC Championship team are being inducted into the Teams of Distinction. A reception and induction (by invitation only) will take place prior to the Eagles taking on Randolph-Macon College in a double header. The induction will occur between game 1 and 2 at the Baseball field and we encourage all alumni to attend. Team of Distinction parking will be available in the Alumni Gym lot.

Schedule of Events

noon – BC vs Randolph-Macon – Game 1
12:30 p.m. – Registration and Reception (Nininger Hall, Wampler President’s Suite)
1 p.m. – Welcome (Curt Kendall, Director of Athletics, and Dr. David Bushman, College President)
1:30 p.m. – Pictures (Hall of Fame Gallery)
1:45 p.m. – Walk to baseball field
2 p.m. – Gather at Baseball Champions Plaza (home side of the baseball field) to prep for ceremony.
2:15 p.m.* – Induction Ceremony (*or immediately following the game.)
3 p.m. – BC vs Randolph-Macon – Game 2
