    The Bridgewater College Symphonic Band, under the direction of Dr. Christine Carrillo, will perform on Sunday, March 29, at 3 p.m. in Cole Hall.
    The concert is free and open to the public.

  • Dr. Attila Ambrus: Visiting Biochemist

    Dr. Attila Ambrus will speak on the research he and Dr Rippa Sehgal have been conducting in a talk at Bridgewater College on Tuesday, March 31, at 5 p.m. in the McKinney Center, Room 100. Dr. Ambrus studies the impact that disease-causing mutations in mitochondrial enzymes have on the way cells produce energy. His findings may help explain how these mutations contribute to neurological diseases. Dr. Ambrus is a professor of Biochemistry at Semmelweis University in Budapest.

    Our keynote speaker is Thema Monroe-White, PhD, Associate Professor at George Mason University. Her work focuses on AI literacy by seeking to foster more equitable systems, including understanding how AI and policy systems intersect to shape education, labor, and innovation opportunities for historically minoritized and marginalized groups. This event is free to attend with a registration.
