Orientation

Orientation is an important first step in becoming a BC Eagle! We’re excited for you to have the opportunity to engage with faculty, staff and current students through a variety of sessions. Every college approaches orientation differently, but at Bridgewater, orientation happens in two parts: Summer Orientation and Fall Welcome Week.

First-Year Student Virtual Orientation

If you weren’t able to attend one of our in-person orientation days, we’re offering a virtual session designed to give you and your family the same valuable experience. We strongly encourage you to join us online to connect with campus resources, explore academic opportunities, and prepare for your transition to college. While it won’t be on campus, you’ll still get the essential information and support you need to start your BC journey with confidence.

Register for Virtual Orientation on Monday, July 28 at 9 a.m.

Welcome Week

For new, first-year students, Welcome Week is a mandatory part of your first-year experience. August 21 is the day that you’ll join our Bridgewater community. Welcome Week is designed for you to meet your CL 100 classmates and a Soar Mentor, to learn expectations of living in the BC community and to provide resources to enhance your academic success. Welcome Week is your first step in discovering how you belong in the BC Community.
