An Olympic power couple redefining resilience, excellence and influence in sports, Tara and Hunter will speak on “Grit, Resilience and Goal Setting.”

At the 2024 Paris Olympics, Tara won gold in the long jump, delivering one of the Games’ most iconic moments as she sprinted to leap into Hunter’s arms. Weeks later, Hunter won Paralympic gold in the 400m and Bronze in the 4x100m Universal Relay, creating another viral moment in Paris.

As elite athletes, Hunter and Tara share their journey through adversity, Olympic and Paralympic aspirations, and the power of shared purpose in achieving greatness.

Outside of competition, Tara and Hunter enjoy life in Kansas with their dogs, Milo and Winnie, and their cat, Azula. Tara is a passionate advocate for mental health and body positivity. Hunter is focused on building mission-driven businesses rooted in sport, purpose and social impact
